Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
For the fastest resolution, return the item (if eligible), and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships into the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your purchase for any reason, without justification.
Items must still meet the standard return requirements listed above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If your returned item is in good condition, a partial refund will be issued

If the item is returned damaged, used, or missing components, up to 50% may be withheld as packaging and handling fees
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.

Delivered Items – Refunds & Replacements
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

We can issue only a 20% partial refund, but

We will reship the order one time at no additional cost as a courtesy
